This error message happened on my windows 7 professional on my laptop.
I don't know why it happened.
It has been a while since i used my laptop and when i turn it on this error appear :
I have made so many search for solution, many things was about importing windows 7 CD to make a recover.
solution : i have founded for my windows 7 laptop is : to remove the battery from the laptop, put the cable charger on the laptop and it fixed the problem,
I thought that the error talks about a process login failed so i thought its cleaner to start over and its work.
